WebDaVinci Ops

Terms of Service

Last updated: October 26, 2026

These Terms govern your use of Ops at siteadmintool.com, operated by WebDaVinci, Inc. ("we" or "us"). By using Ops, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge our Privacy Policy. If you use Ops for an organization, you represent that you have authority to act for it.

Accounts and workspaces

You are responsible for your account credentials and for the activity of people you authorize in your workspace. Workspace administrators manage membership, permissions, content, and enabled integrations. You must provide accurate information, keep access secure, and promptly report suspected unauthorized use.

Service and acceptable use

Ops provides workspace administration, pages, data, communication, integration, and scheduling features. You retain responsibility for the content you submit and for having the rights and permissions needed to use it. Do not use Ops unlawfully, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, distribute malware, or use other people's information without appropriate authority. We may limit access when necessary to protect the service or its users.

Calendar connections and appointments

When you connect a Google or Microsoft calendar, you authorize Ops to use the permissions shown by the provider for features you enable. A scheduling workspace may check availability, create invitations with participant details, and cancel or update appointments on your behalf. Workspace hosts and administrators with appropriate access may manage appointments, including cancellations that notify attendees. Review the account and workspace before authorizing a connection, especially when the same organizer account is used by multiple workspaces.

Calendar providers control event delivery, meeting links, and their own recording, transcript, and AI-note features. Ops does not promise that every invite is delivered or that every meeting is recorded or transcribed. You are responsible for obtaining any notices or permissions required for invitations, recordings, or use of attendee information.

Third-party services

Connected providers have their own terms, pricing, availability, and privacy practices. You may revoke their permissions, though revocation can disable connected Ops features. You are responsible for services and accounts you choose to connect.

Fees, changes, and availability

Where paid features are offered, the price and applicable billing conditions are presented at purchase or in a separate agreement. We may change or discontinue features and update these Terms as the service evolves. We aim to keep Ops available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation; to the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available without a guarantee of error-free operation.
